Grown in the mountains of San Agustín, Huila, this limited release coffee highlights the clarity and balance that make Colombian coffees so well-loved. At 1,840 meters above sea level, the cooler climate allows the coffee cherries to develop slowly, creating a cup with bright flavor and natural sweetness.

This microlot is produced by Luis Felipe Leguizamo using a traditional washed process. The cherries are picked at peak ripeness, depulped the same day, then fermented, washed, and carefully dried. This method brings out a clean, vibrant profile with a smooth, refined finish.

In the cup, you’ll find bright notes of kiwi, balanced by a creamy sweetness similar to parfait, and rounded out with a soft cashew finish. It’s a well-structured coffee that feels both lively and comforting, with a sweetness that lingers.

Huila is known for its small, family-run farms, and this coffee is a great example of the care and craftsmanship behind the region’s reputation. Produced in small quantities with full traceability, this lot was selected for its standout quality and character.
