How long does it take for my coffee to ship?
We roast our beans in small batches to ensure freshness. Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days and shipped via standard ground, arriving in 3-5 business days.
Do you offer a subscription service?
Yes! You can choose your favorite blends and delivery frequency. Subscribers save 15% on every order and can pause or cancel at any time through their account dashboard.
What is your return policy on food items?
Due to the perishable nature of coffee, we do not accept returns. However, if there is an issue with your order or you are unsatisfied with the quality, please contact us within 14 days for a replacement or store credit.
Are your coffee beans ethically sourced?
Absolutely. Buddybrew is committed to direct-trade practices, ensuring that our farmers are paid above fair-trade wages and that all crops are grown using sustainable farming methods.
Can I change my order after it has been placed?
Since we strive to ship orders as quickly as possible, we can only make changes within 2 hours of purchase. Please email our support team immediately with your order number.
Do you provide whole bean or ground coffee?
We offer both! You can select 'Whole Bean' for maximum freshness or choose from various grind sizes tailored for Drip, Espresso, or French Press brewing methods.
